In 2024, a dedicated team of volunteers, led by Mrs.Yeldham, transformed an old, overgrown area of the school grounds into a vibrant Wellbeing Garden. This peaceful space now features a variety of herbs, fruits, plants and wildflowers, providing children with a rich environment to explore and observe. Hidden among the stones, logs and greenery are many minibeasts waiting to be discovered.
The garden has become a calming, therapeutic space where children can connect with nature to support their emotional wellbeing. Activities such as planting, digging and creative exploration allow pupils to engage their senses, helping them to regulate emotions and experience a sense of peace and mindfulness.
